Why Stage?
Staging brings out your property’s most impressive assets so that the maximum number of potential buyers or lessees can visualise themselves living in it. A well staged property highlights a home’s best features—but can also disguise potentially unattractive features.
A prospective buyer/lessee should be able to visualize their personalisation of the property.
What does it involve?
When we stage homes, we re-decorate the property, add hard and soft furnishings, light fixtures and decorative items such as wall art and surface decors to make the property appealing to as many clients as possible. The client advises on their working budget, and we develop a staging plan and the necessary pieces for purchase based on this.
The process starts with uplifting the space, through paintwork and minor repairs and adding of fixtures & fittings where applicable. When the foundational repairs are done, we add furniture and decorative pieces. In choosing furniture and decorative pieces, we settle for pieces that would appeal to a wide array of clients
