When sourcing, we conduct research on the particular item(s) desired by the client, identify availability and location, purchase and deliver to the client premises. Our focus is on the sourcing of;
- furniture(ready made or customised)
- fittings(items not attached to building except by nail or screw e.g wardrobes, wall hangings, curtains, accessories and decor pieces)
- fixtures(items directly attached to building e.g sanitaryware, worktops, built-in appliances)
When do clients seek Sourcing Services?
There are instances in the development and improvement of a space, where the client has a general idea of the furniture, fittings or fixtures they desire, but require help to obtain these. Examples are;
- Lack of information on where to find the particular item. E.g where the space available in a room can only fit a certain size of a furniture, fitting or fixture and the client requires assistance is getting a perfect fit
- Time is a valuable resource and where there is lack of it, the client may need help in researching for the item they require, sourcing and delivering of the item to the premises
- Comparison. Sourcing as a service allows for comparison of the available options of a particular item, the vendors supplying it, available quality and price differences between the difference sources
- In instances where the property being furnished is not in the country where the furniture, fixtures or fittings are being sought, sourcing services aid in procuring these pieces and delivering them to the property location
- For bulk purchases such as fittings and fixtures for a block of homes or supply of furniture and for commercial spaces, the client may require assistance in sourcing for the exact pieces, procuring and delivering these to the premises. To ease the time and effort that would be expended by the client in delivering these, we source and deliver
- Budget. In instances where the client has an exact budget for the furniture, fitting or fixtures they require, we assist in sourcing for the items that fall within the client budget
